Accounting Intenship and Job

I have a question

I am currently in my second year of 2 year college pursuing a A.S Busines administration accounting degree . Doing it Internship as AP AR , trying to get in to Accounting Job in Bank

I’m dont have relevant experience what they require, But do you think if it’s job not internship I’m still will learn everything or would be better to find another accounting internship not job . what’s your opinion.

Do you think in job someone will train me or teach me (

its hard to find job and internship without connections. please advise me
