Hey I need some help with my booting

Okay so pretty much just freshly built a new pc, system won't post and has a orange dram light on that stays constant, no flashing or anything, have tried 1 stick of ram and 2 sticks of ram. I have a tuf gaming b850 plus wifi motherboard A 9800x3d and a set of trident z5 6000mt cl36 2x32gb sticks with a 9070xt xfx mercury Ice tried swapping the sticks back n forth neither seems to get it to boot, let it sit for a bit before trying again still doesn't want to post, I don't even get a display to the bios. My only guess is maybe because i only connected one of the cpu power connectors? From other posts I was seeing it said that you probably don't need a second one because one supplies 300ws of power, and I can't seem to find the other one if my corsair 750w supply came with one. So any ideas or help would be appreciated
