My computer won't recognize my GPU

Open | Hardware

I'm stumped.

My newly built computer just won't recognize my gpu

it won't show up in BIOS, the fans won't turn........each time I connect my monitor's HDMI cables and DP cables to GPU it just won't show. Right now, I connected one of the monitor to my motherboard so I can work on this.

and yes I tried switching out monitor cables and make sure my monitors and monitor cables didn't have any problem, I checked all that.

I tried reseating the gpu, I tried different cables for gpu.....none of them worked.

I'm trying contact the company who built this for some sort of tech support but honestly they're terrible as they would just send one email saying "send me pics of PCIE cables" and went underwater.....meaning no replies since then...if they are still unresponsive after tomorrow I'm thinking of some sort of law measure. I'm that angry.

I have called my neighbor who knew well about computer and he's also stumped.

I was wondering if my PSU was not powerful enough but it's 850 watts and I looked up my gpu wattage requirement and it was 750 watts

My CPU is AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor

My motherboard is ASROCK X870 Pro RX

My GPU is XFX Quicksilver AMD Radeon RX 9070XT white with 16 GB

However when I open up my task manager or device manager and see GPU setting I see AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics

you see, at first I thought that WAS my graphic cards so I got confused. I thought it worked but I was wondering why it won't boot up my monitors. The more I think about it I think....this is graphics within my CPU? I'm not sure but I don't think that's showing my actual graphic card.

My device manager only shows that though.

I'm so stressed and very desperate for help.

P.S: I actually researched about this graphic card not working.....and found other reddit threads about this graphic card and I saw some people's other solutions.....and they were saying go to BIOS and change PCIE from auto to gen 4? <<looks like this solved a lot of people's problems

But like I went to my bios and.....I'm confused where that's at. I honestly don't know too much about BIOS and have no idea where that is....or how to do that.

Please please help........
