My 4 month old kitten was spayed today, why is she so active?

I got her back at 2:30 p.m. and she was pretty much out of it. We got home and she slept for an hour. Now it’s 7 p.m. at night and she won’t sit still. I tried keeping her in our small room. But she’s trying to climb everything and she cries. I take her out and she walks around, jumps on the couch, and plays with her toys. It’s like the zoomies but without the running around. Is this normal? I know they said she needs to reset for 10 days and on, but idk how to keep her chill. Also, she has a good appetite as well and is eating. Do I just let it be?
