Cefaly device for migraines

I have very mild subjective tinnitus that comes on only when it is completely silent or if I'm blocking my ears. I'm very lucky it's so mild

I have recently been struggling with migraines and wanted to try the Cefaly device. However in the device's handbook it talks about a potential adverse reaction in which you get tinnitus, tooth pain and teary eyes. The customer service team says this happens in 1 percent of users and it's temporary.

But I'm still worried. I don't want to do something that will make my tinnitus worse.

Has anyone here ever used the Cefaly device? How has your tinnitus been with it? Have there been any spikes? How long do they last?
