Awful Job Awful Pay Christmas Ruined

As a new start as of November, this job is without a doubt the worst I've ever been in! (and I worked for McDonald's) We're expected to slave away and work our hardest to make sure "the people" get the best Christmas and are happy. Meanwhile I receive my paycheck after doing over an hour of overtime every single day to make up for the fact I started on the 10th and what do I get as pay for November. FOR CHRISTMAS! A measly £1.1k! After my bills come out I have about £400 ish to live on for the month. At Christmas. Fml imma ensure I'm a statistic soon. So now I work to my pay not to what's expected of me. Why should I work my hardest for a company that doesn't look after me, pay me my overtime and ruins my christmas? Thank you royal mail you've ruined another christmas 👍
