Need Genuine Advice...

I'm thinking of pursuing BPT from an private college (INDIA).. i had some queries..

1. on what basis i should select my college.. (suggestions would be very helpful)
2. any suggestion to be the top 1% in this field..
3. In BPT what are the main things i should focus on..
4. my plan is to open an clinic directly after completing BPT.. then side by side i will pursue MPT... is it really possible and practical ??
