Can I use Taj Voucher received through Amex Plat Travel for booking dinner / lunch/ high-tea without any stay

I have a Taj voucher received through Amex Plat Travel card. I have no immediate plans to book any Taj property. Since the validity of the voucher is expiring in 1 month, I am curious to know if I can use it to book lunch/ dinner/ high-tea at any of the Taj hotels. I don’t have plans to stay there
