Hey everyone — I’m Robbie, based in Columbia, SC. I’ve been talking with a lot of local business owners lately and something I keep hearing is:

“Credit card fees are eating into my profit.”

I’m curious — how are YOU handling it? Do you absorb the fees? Add a surcharge? Use Cash App/Venmo? Switch processors?

I work in payment solutions, so I hear these stories all day, but I’m always trying to understand the real pain points different businesses face.
