How to not be weird at work when your social battery dies?

I often go mute in the middle of my shift because I’m very introverted and feel like I have to force myself to be social at work. I want to try to be more outgoing because all of my other jobs I’ve quit because people eventually end up bullying me or talking behind my back or isolating me and call me weird just because Im a quiet person. Ik im not weird just shy and awkward but people always end up saying this about me :(
