AIO for not paying my ex back the £60 he paid for my tyre replacement?

My (28f) ex (28m) and I were together for around a year. We live together and often split payments/etc.

Just before we break up, he very kindly took my car to get a tire replacement that was urgently needed which cost £60.

I hadn’t gotten around to paying him back, and after the break up, he asked me to send him the money.

However, the breakup was very messy (police involvement due to him stalking me) and use this tyre situation continue to contact me and demand my money.

However, as he didn’t have his own car, he used mine very frequently and I paid for him to be insured on it.

Accumulatively the amount that I paid through the duration of our relationship for his insurance on the vehicle was about £400.

I told him that I would not be paying for the tyre charge, and if he felt the need to settle things like this he could instead pay me £340 for the insurance minus the tyre charge.

He told me that I was ‘a piece of sh*t’ and that ‘this is a perfect example of the kind of terrible person you are’.

AIO? I thought that was perfectly fair and didn’t even address the wear and tear that he would have made my car subject to considering how often he used it.
