[M4F] From forced proximity to romance

The man scratched his beard, quenching a yawn, as he stepped through the open elevator doors. His index lightly touched the button indicating 0 before he found his place, slightly slouched towards the back wall of the square metal box.

He checked his watch. 22:41. Jesus Christ I don't get paid enough to stay this late that often, he cursed as his eyes landed on the small screen above the elevator door that already had started counting down from 34 to 0.

The metal box slowed down as the number reached 27. The man scrunched his nose, pulled out his phone, and tried to shut out the world as the doors slid open. He noted another person entered and nodded his head slightly in the person's general direction. Might try to be a bit polite at least.

Seconds later the lift restarted its journey towards the bottom floor. Just as he lifted his eyes from his phone, and registered that the number had reached 6, a loud metallic noise screeched in his ears. The man stumbled, but his arm shot up finding the elevator wall and stopped his fall. The box had come to a complete stop.

That is the kind of relation I want to explore and delve into in this story. My aim is to write a slow burning romantic story with forced proximity as the starting point - the first meeting for the two characters..

I would prefer to find someone who wants to do something long term. Someone who likes to write more than two sentences and someone who I can develop a good writing vibe with. A reliable partner is always preferred. Discord is a must as well as 3rd person writing. No use of AI for the writing.
