What Happen to the Dragonships when You Confederate Aislinn?

Trying out ToT now and have tried confederation as Aislinn (confederated Alarielle), now I wonder what happens when you confederate him as other LL.

Under the new mechanism Aislinn can be confederated by reading level 5 of Pheonix King's favour and hold at least three colonies, which seem to be a bit beyond me anytime soon. So I wonder if any of the content creators or one of you here have confederated him as other Elven LL.

I don't see any dragonship mechanism under other Elven LL's UI so I assume they do not get to use these, so do you still get to have his dragonship? If you do, do you get to essentially run them free? And since I can't see AI doing complicated resource management to 'unlock' dragonships, do you get to have only one when confederating him, or do you get to have all five of the unique dragonships?
