Losing my regular route because of performance?

My regular route consisted of an apartment complex where 30-70 packages would go into a locker. It was a breeze and I would finish early with no rush.

Lockers were down for a couple of weeks, so I would door to door to avoid complaints and dispatch agreed. However, I would see that drivers who got my route on my days off would mailroom dump the totes.

I stopped getting this route. Wonder if it was because they fucked the algorithm by mailroom dumping.

Anyone have similar experiences？
