With TRREB membership renewals coming up, I’m curious how other agents are approaching it this year. Between higher fees, changing market conditions, and more agents leaving the industry, a lot of Realtors are re-evaluating their costs and board memberships.

Are you planning to renew with TRREB?
Or thinking about switching to a smaller real estate board, cutting expenses, or taking a break from trading?
