Should I change sect?

I'm getting worn out by Silver Needle sect ;w;
I picked it because I play a healer and I love being a doctor but to remain in sect is harsh
I'm introverted so I feel uncomfy spamming chat or very much interaction with randoms
Online mode for some dailies is okies it's the one on one is making me cold sweat

Not to mention I been getting this bug where I heal an NPC, I made sure I selected something everytime but after healing it send me warning letter for not accepting payment, this happened 3 times already

Should I call it quits and look for a different sect? What would be next best to join?
