In both cases this show and the original I wonder what did they had to explain for the actors playing toddler Dexter

Especially in the OG shows flashbacks when Dexter remembers what those sick fucking animals did to his mother that made him the way he is. The actor who played young Dexter crying in a of pool blood, I wonder what did they have to do to prevent him from being traumatized, especially since the blood was very realistic looking.
