computer virus that stole my accounts?

So this all started back at the beginning of october when i downloaded a shady priated copy of fl studio, this gave me some sort of virus , i used virus total but i didnt realize these virus if in a rar file with a password cant be scanned at all, so anyway fast forward to the next day i am locked out of my google account which is my main account for everything, they changed the password and all recovery options so i had no way of getting in to my account again, plus they had my password manager so they tried changing a couple other things but they werent important things i used anyway, the main thing was i had my bank account secured , and steam account. Thing was they had my youtube channel because its the same as google, it had like 1k subscribers and they started posting these video for like free fortnite hacks with virus links and stuff. Fast forward a couple days of researching how to get my account recovered i found someone who had luck reaching out to youtube support through twitter/x , so i tried , got into contact through dms and verifying my account was stolen, they ended up giving me a link the change my google password, which i did and now i have my account back and locked down with 2fa and everything. But this all kind of leads up to now i have all of my stuff back , but they keep using my accounts somehow for example my youtube someone will watch like 6 five hour videos on random things i know i didnt watch and my google account shows no other devices but mine logged in, also my twitch account which show that they used a twitch prime subscriber on some random people ive never heard of. How can this even be possible, after this whole virus situation i didnt notice anything off on my pc like it being slow, nothing showed in task manager, but did i clean reinstall of windows to be safe and didnt back up anything just started fresh but still somehow they are using my youtube account and twitch and probably others i dont even know about. Basically what im wondering is what is this virus i got, and what can i do to get these people out of my account
