What happened to real journalism?

Just watched 9pm RTE news. Poor journalism - and the report from Nigeria (nothing against it but all it reported was the concept of Japa, by interviewing someone). So essentially RTE albeit tax payers paid for a reporter and cameraman to travel all the way to Nigeria to give us a 2min. Segment about something that you'd kind of already hear socially.

Sad that our national broadcaster isn't that solid.

Rant over.
