How to get a BRAC dual currency debit card

I opened my brac bank astha account couple of days ago. Read some posts about brac bank dual currency debit and the comments were suggesting opening an agami savers account. My sole purpose is international payments and I am a student. Should I open another BRAC bank account ? ( this time agami savers) or stick to astha ? considering charges and fees, perks or any hassles.
