any boxers here?

i’m pre T, and i thought it would be fun to teach myself how to box since i don’t have the time or money to go to a gym yet. i’ve seen a lot of people on other boxing subreddits say that you shouldn’t teach yourself boxing because you’ll develop bad habits and it’s better to go to a gym, but obviously i can’t do that. but most of the people who do suggest vids on youtube say that tony jeffries is pretty reliable.

so would it be worth learning at home? i’m hoping i can go to a gym when i get the time an money
