Poems about recovery

I work with a lot of people with substance misuse issues. Each with their own stories, each at different parts of their own stories. We’re building planters over the winter and I want to engrave a (short) poem or verse on them. 4 planters in total so maybe a line or 2 on each box. I’ve been searching for poems for them to look over and maybe use (ideally I’d like them to use their own words but if not then something that resonates with my guys. The project is theirs, I’m just overseeing. Theyll choose what to put on them). Does anyone here have any poems, lines from songs etc that particularly resonate with them? A message that recovery is possible for anyone and addiction doesn’t define you or make you a bad person. They’ll be placed by the sea in a very visable area. Any inspiration is welcome 🙏 thank you.

Side note: I really hope I’ve worded this well. I’m on this sub to better understand addiction and help the guys that I work with. It’s not an addiction service, nor am I trained but without giving it away, my work is kind of a by-product of some people’s addictions and I want to do my best by them. Everyone’s an individual with their own individual struggles and reading your stories and struggles here has really helped me understand a lot better. They have to come to my work but I want it to be a safe space for them
