2022 Nissan Rogue - Driver Seat Rail Cracked Weld

About 2 month ago my driver seat started moving forward and back when accelerating or breaking. I went to the dealership today and they quoted $2000 CAD to repair the cracked weld in the track. I went online to see how much the part was and it is $1500 CAD, but out of stock.

This is just another issue in a long list with my Rogue. It has 63,500KM on it and is not covered under warranty anymore.

I honestly regret buying this car and am thinking of selling it before more issues come up.
