applying to brown mph past priority deadline?

i know this is a case-by-case basis kind of question, but is it worth it applying to brown's mph program past the priority deadline? i identified ~4 mph programs that are well-suited for my research, and brown is one of them, but i was so caught up with other dec 1 hard deadlines that i didn't submit my brown app by the dec 1 priority deadline. however, i'm still interested. does anyone know if the chances of getting in are high or low if i submit by the final (but not priority) deadline? just evaluating whether i should pay to submit another app and spend time revising my statement if i'm kind of disadvantaged already from missing the priority (i do take responsibility for this though)
