Question about Be Quiet! STRAIGHT POWER 12 850w PSU paired with Radeon 9070 xt

My concern is the PCIe connection. My 9070 xt requires 24 pin PCIe (3x8 or 3x6+2pin). But looking in the image of that PSU there is something I don't get that clear. The PSU has 2x 12 pin to 2x6+2 pin to connect to the GPU, 32 in total. But I read this is some kind of "daisy chain", is it safe to connect in this way to the GPU? I only knew about PSU with the same exact input and out, like 8pin to 6+2 pin (I'll require 3 of these connections for my GPU) but I never saw 12pin to 16pin like this. I'm deciding if I should go to this or the Corsair SF850 Fully Modular 80 PLUS Platinum SFX that has 3x8 pin.

P.S.: I have not much options in my country for quality PSU that these ones.
