Womier sk65 Fn button problems

Hey yall'
so basiclly there are some shortcuts used with Fn+1-12. the problem is they override functions in some games where i need an F button. lets say in CS2 trying to turn off random weapons on DM and when i try to Fn+3 it opens outlook. is there a fix for it? if its somehow possible to keep these shortcuts on while im not gaming and make them not override games function it would be perfect, but disabling them completely also good.
