Crash on i84 WB near La Grande - Semi blocking all lanes

Just white knuckled from Portland to La Grande and about 4 miles from La Grande a semi truck departed our lane, went through the median and WB guardrail and is turned on its side blocking all WB lanes. Saw multiple other drivers pulled off, and attempting to locate/help driver. So fucking scary.

We are caravaning and moving our stuff from Seattle. It was very stressful to drive fully loaded vehicles over Cabbage and the passes. It started snowing and temps were dropping, so we started driving 60-65 instead of 70 the last ~15 miles. Trucks were blazing past us and honestly I’m so glad we slowed down a few because we likely could’ve been involved in this accident.

Left lane EB also blocked by guardrail debris.
