Sorento Owner's thoughts on All Weather tires?
I'm in the market for some all season, or all weather tires for my yr old Sorento 2025. With my 2019 Sorento, I never had any problem getting down my driveway that has a good 30% grade to it. My 2025 thinks it's a sled and just wants to slide down. Last year I almost took out the corner of our garage, but I managed to safely maneuver the car slowly, and getting 2 tires on the grass helped to provide some drag. Two nights ago it couldn't even handled the 1/2" of snow we got here in the northeast. I had it in all snow modes and gingerly inched my way down with one set of wheels on the grass. My guess is; (1) the tires are shit in the snow, or (2) the weight distribution is different as they both weigh about the same, giving about 200lbs more for my 2019. There are a lot of tires out there, and they aren't inexpensive!
Thoughts from any new owners who have some better tires and performance improvements you've found? Brands/models?
