So what do you think will happen to Saki Tenma?

In Saki7, there was a >!concerning development that Saki felt dizzy by the end of the said event, indicating that she might collapse from another illness or her old illness might come back to her and this illness was something that nearly killed her in the past. I know that I was under fire for talking about how at least one main character might get killed off for whatever reason, but the thing is that at least that character is in very good health while Saki’s life was canonically on the line. I know that this is probably not even remotely comparable, but given how Ena6 concluded with Ena deleting her selfie account, I’m starting to wonder if developers might do something drastic to other units as well - and one concern that I have is that developers might actually do such thing because Leo/need is perhaps the least popular unit in the game - at least when compared to other units.!<

So based on the whole thing so far, what do you think will actually happen to Saki and why?
