Older Sci Fi movie??

Looking for an early 2000s horror movie that aired on Sci-Fi Channel. The plot: a younger-looking mom stays youthful by eating or draining her teen son’s girlfriends. When she hasn’t ‘fed,’ she’s bald under a wig with a few strands of hair. There’s a scene where she loses her wig (red sweater on), goes full monster/ugly, and chases the girlfriend through the house. Son is trying to protect her but eventually tries to stop her. NOT Sleepwalkers. Anyone know the title? I watched it with my grandpa, but can’t figure it out.
