iPad possibly hacked?

Recently I had someone gain access to my bank account and attempt to take money. Thankfully I was able to quickly handle that situation and didn’t lose any money and have since made sure everything is more secure. I still am not certain how they were able to gain access and I’m curious if it has something to do with my iPad that I would occasionally use to access my bank account. Since the incident the iPad has been turned off and I just purchased a new one (needed an upgrade anyways). I am now unsure of what to do about getting the data from the old iPad to transfer to the new one. From what I understand hacking Apple products isn’t all that common but I just want to cover all of my bases. Are there any security or antivirus applications or anything that I can do to make sure that iPad is safe and I can properly transfer over my data?
