Preload hours

Can they really keep us as long as they want? They kept some of there for 13 hours straight with no option to leave today. This is supposed to be a part time job. Other people have second jobs and kids. Not to mention it's exhausting. It wasn't this bad last year. I hate complaining about the money, but any extra money I'd make would go right down the drain for childcare. Any advice is appreciated! 🙏
