What master degree should I take if I want to enter into industrial automation/systems integration?

Hi everyone, I am currently a CS student and the following year I will be graduating.
I want to enter in the field of industrial automation/ system integration but want to have opinions on the programs I can enroll in from my current degree.

I have built some 3d printed 6dof industrial robot arms to learn their programming and their different aspects also had the chance to fix and maintain industrial machines like CNC machines, mold injection machines, etc...
