What’s the typical timeline for internship postings with multiple positions?

I applied for an internship at a large biotech company that lists multiple roles and project areas under a single posting, so I’m assuming they’re hiring several interns. I completed an AI one-way video interview for one of the roles, but I haven’t heard anything back and it’s been almost 3 weeks now.

For anyone who’s been through this before: • Does this part of the process usually take a long time? • Could the delay be because of the holidays/layoffs slowing everything down? • Do all the teams/departments review the same pool of applicants and then pick their candidates, which makes the timeline longer? Or does HR do most of the work?

Just trying to get a sense of whether I should still be hopeful or if this is usually a bad sign. Any insight would be appreciated!
