memory foam or mattress with spring?

Hello. Me and my bf are both freelancers and we have back and neck pains from sitting 6-8 hrs straight. Tapos paggising namin mas lalong sumasakit, we thought it's the foam were using which is yung manipis na Mandaue foam (3-4k). So we thought of upgrading.

Yesterday we visited a mall and nag argue kami which type of mattress yung kukunin. Gusto ko kung gagastos kami ng more than 10-20K for a mattress, dapat yung ma-reresolve yung issues namin sa back pain. LOL.

So, alin nga ba ang mas magandang i-purchase between the two?

Naghanap ako dito ng recomm pero no comparison between the two was discussed eh.

Any suggestions?
