Job with claims based malpractice with tail

I have a job offer for a non for profit hospital role (at will) where they said they pay for claims based insurance with tail. I've normally had occurence so idk anything about malpractice with tail. I am wondering if I should ask any further follow up questions like how long is the tail coverage for etc. Would appreciate anything important I need to ask. If you leave within a certain time frame in an at will contract does the tail coverage then not be paid- I was just wondering... would love to hear peoples thoughts
