2014 Ford Escape 2.5L for Context

I apologize ahead as this is my first car that was handed down to me from my Fiance and im so lost on what to do, I’m also a newer driver and this is my first car so I lack the knowledge around some of the internal car knowledge as well some I may need breakdown on what could be arising so I do apologize ahead.

My car is a 2014 Ford Escape 2.5L with 154k miles and a recently rebuilt transmission (Fixed between November 3rd-5th).

My car was working amazingly when I got it back, and it had a slew of other issues fixed within it while it was at the transmission place, which I’m list- -Torque Converter repaired -transmission mount -engine mount -breaks upfront were both replaced due to warping -real main seal replaced due to the oil exploding in the engine after the car broke down -brake pads and rotors on the front were replaced as well -oil change

Before receiving the car, my Fiance’s family helped him get the catalytic converter replaced, battery replaced about 3 years ago, repairs from a rear ending we were both in, and some others as well as fixing anything that was recalled in the car as the letters about said recalls came about.

I’m now having an issue that’s progressed within the last two weeks. I’m having a hard time again with accelerating and I feel like I’m starting to fight the car to get it to brake and accelerate, and I’m wondering what the issue could be, and whether it’s transmission related again and it would be covered by the warranty provided by the transmission place. I’m also wondering if it could not be that issue, and if it isn’t and it’s something transmission related if it’s battery or something else? I’m just more scared than anything cause my financial situation isn’t the greatest as it is and the in laws already have helped pay for the repairs and transmission already, and I want it to last at least 3 more years until I have my degree in hand and have a job that’s making decent money. I guess maybe advice or maybe where to go from here, and if it’s transmission related if anyone thinks it’ll be covered by the transmission place since it has a warranty anyways.
