Looking to have a logo for a Hotdog cart drawn up!

Hello artists! My husband and I are planning to open our own hotdog cart within the next few months, and in preparation for that we are needing a cute little logo drawn up. What I have in mind is a black Scottish terrier acting as the hotdog inside of a bun. The dog's body should be elongated to represent the hotdog itself, with a squiggle of mustard along his back. I'd also be open to other condiments or toppings on the hotdog, relish, ketchup, seeds on bun, etc. I would also like for the dog to have on a classic green and red tartan Tam O' Shanter hat with a dark blue or black puffball on top.

I have never commissioned any art before so I honestly don't know what a fair price for this piece would be. Open to discussions and not looking to cheap out on this. Please feel free to comment or message me! Thanks for reading. :)
