Is my food safe

Got some groceries from the store. At the end of the conveyor belt where all the groceries pile up, there was a mysterious liquid. Pink in color , sort of looked like raspberry lemonade . It touched some of my groceries. Should I dispose of my groceries or is it fine , didn’t know where else to ask this
