GF still follows ex on IG AIO

Had issues w my girl texting her ex ex back in January while we were on a trip. Whole thing blew up into a fight. I told her i wasn’t comfortable w any communication w any exes whether it was text, IG, TikTok, snap etc. We moved forward.

Yesterday her ex (not same ex ex from texts in Jan) popped up on my IG and it showed that they follow each other. I brought it up and she said it was bc he deactivated his account and reactivated it…but she knew it was active again and didnt do anything to remove it. Claims there is nothing more than just a follow/follow back. We fought over it. She apologized and acknowledged that she knew we had already talked about it.

Dust has settled. Im trying to move forward…but now instead of blocking or removing him as a follower she just deactivated her whole IG account. Probably temporarily. AIO by being even more upset at this reaction? I feel like deactivating is a cop out for actually removing him bc he’d notice that as directed towards him. I also feel like an idiot getting worked up about IG follows. AIO???
