Multi-monitor issue with 5070 Ti

I recently upgraded to a 5070Ti and I'm having issues with my multi-monitor setup.

Plugged into the GPU DP slot 1 is my main monitor I use for typical gaming.

Plugged into HDMI and the two other DP slots are the monitors I use for a sim racing triple monitor setup.

When I try and boot up with just the primary monitor plugged in, everything works smooth.

If I try and boot up with more than one monitor connected to the GPU, I just get a black screen.

If I plug in the rest of the monitors after booting up, they all work fine.

Fixes I've tried-

DDU and reinstall of graphics drivers

Disabling Gsync

Plugging in monitors one at a time in between boots

Anyone have any other ideas? PC specs below.
