PM and FM doable together?

I just sat for AA and TX. FR already passed. Expecting for TX to pass and doubtful for AA but fingers crossed. I was considering to go for FM and PM together. A lot of people have advised against it but i also have seen a lot of people do it as well. I am a full time student and think it is doable. Any suggestions from people who sat for both of them together will do.
