How many months did you go to PT?

Hi everyone, I'm wondering how long you went to PT? I'm entering my 4th month of PT. I've been going twice a week and have not had to pay because insurance covers it. Since my insurance resets Jan 1, I think I'll decide to stop going at the end of this month. I'd like to avoid having to pay. Did you all go to PT more than 4 months?

I just started to jog on the treadmill in PT yesterday (please clap) and I jogged for 45 seconds. Super excited about that milestone! I can do 30 single leg calf raises in a row if you catch me on a good day.
