Shiva alone?

If you experience a death of your closest loved one and need to grieve but also live, work, and generally do life alone, what do you do for shiva even as you have to ie take care of yourself and your dog?

Please, give me some gentle ways I can effectively mourn, the first 7 but up to the first year, when there’s no community to come around me? Be creative, it’s G-d’s blessing from you to me & I thank you in advance.
