How safe is condoms plus non-penetrative sex if ever?

NSFWSex & Intimacy

Problem/Goal: I'm scared of HIV and STDs.

Context:

I'm very strict with my condom usage with my girlfriends (only had 2 gfs and both are NEGATIVE when I was with them). I still got myself tested and I'm still cleared.

However, I'm feeling horny and since dating is hard nowadays (damn you modern dating), self-service is no longer enough. So I'm meeting with a partner for the night. But I'm really scared. But then again, a friend told me NOTHING is 100% absolute safe in this world because even when you stay at home, there's a chance of an earthquake happening and you die from it. Even by just casually walking outside, there's a chance of a random car or motorcycle running you over (yes, those things HAPPEN) by accident, getting struck by lightning, or a random tree falling on you and you die from it. When you drive a car or motorcycle for a simple grocery shopping, no matter how defensive you drive, there's a good chance of a random car accidentally running you over (that happened to me 4 times and luckily I was not hospitalized) because they forgot to stop at the stop light or didn't press their breaks on time. But does it mean that we no longer take preventative measures maximize our safety? Of course we do. They do not guarantee 100% safety, in fact, they probably only increase your safety by 20% or less, but we STILL do them. For example, when you drive a car, ALWAYS wear your seatbelts. It decreases your chances of injury during an accident, but it does NOT 100% prevent you from incurring one.

So, it's the same with sex. Condoms or Preps can maximize your safety (my doctors told me though that condoms are still the Gold standard for protection because it not only protects from HIV, it also protects from many other things like Gonnorhea and such), but like any other things in life, it doesn't offer total 100% protection (in fact, NOTHING in life is). The only sure way to protect ourselves is to abstain from it. Like if you are afraid of having a car accident, then DO NOT DRIVE a vehicle.

So as usual, as usual, I'm gonna be using condoms, and no oral sex or intercourse either. What are my chances of being safe?

Previous Attempts: N/A
