Resort/B&B suggestions for large family vacation

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can recommend a resort in the poconos or a B&B with some amenities/access to lakes. We have a large family and are looking to go on vacation together. Places like Kalahari seem more geared for families with older kids. Our group will consist of the grandparents (late 60s), the cousins (30s) and our toddlers aged 3 and younger. So I'm probably looking for something that doesn't exist. Adult friendly amenities and activities but also maybe a playground and lake/pool access. Huuuge bonus if it offers some meals as well or has a restaurant on site. I did look at Woodloch but it is quite pricey and has no availability the week we have planned to travel. Thanks in advance for any advice and recommendations.
