Almost 100% Windows free thanks to Valve.
Linux VR is almost ready there are issues (Like Steam VR crashing on startup) but it works really well with my Quest 3S. My PrismXR router and its software works (The software is ran under the Heroic Games Launcher via proton ge) and over all I'm looking forward to the Steam Frame. From when Valve quietly opened up Steam Link VR to Linux users till now it shows Valve cares about choice in where and how you want to play your games.
Problems
Can't view desktop in headset.
Sometimes Audio doesn't work (On HTC Vive Focus Vision audio not working is even more of an issue)
And Steam VR has and will crash (I have no addons as of now)
When it comes to the games ether native to Linux or Windows via proton I haven't found a game in my library that doesn't work but in all of them Steam Overlays don't work when Steam Dashboard is closed (including notifications).
Why do I have to still use Windows?
My Vive Focus Vision in display port mode doesn't work under Linux and some of the software I use doesn't work under Linux so for games like VRChat I still have to use Windows
