Conversation with friend brought back a memory I didnt even know I had

The other night I (34, M) was on discord with my friends play LoL (League of Legends) and we were talking about past traumatic experiences and one of my friends said “the most f’d up thing that could happen would probably be a father molesting his own son” and suddenly like a truck this memory hit me where my father took me into the shed and molested me when I was 6. My wife is on a friend’s trip to Alberta right now so I have no one to share this with right now
