Mac Quickbooks Desktop App Is Super Sluggish

I am on an M1 laptop (latest OS) and it runs latest Photoshop A-OK, yet the Quickbooks Mac Desktop app:

- Takes forever to load / open up

- Login takes forever, with the spinning thing spinning for like 30 seconds

- Page/interface load times are terrible
