Why would an ex situationship…?

Why would an ex Situationship randomly unblock you on one snapchat probably knowing fully well you have him blocked on every single thing else and after y’all were on the phone in August (I was already blocked on snap)and they told you that they had your number blocked because they have no business talking to you, but like a month ago, they randomly unblocked you?
